On July 1, 2022, our Executive Director Andrea Paluso will be starting a new role as the Co-Director of the Child Care for Every Family Network, which is working to build a state-to-national campaign for a universal child care system.
A note from Andrea:
Leaving Family Forward and The Mother PAC after fourteen years of building political power with Oregon moms and caregivers is, of course, bittersweet. When I helped start these organizations over a decade ago, I had no idea how this movement would grow and create change. I am so proud of the work we have done organizing thousands of mothers and caregivers across the state to pass the policies our families need most. It has been the honor of my life to lead these organizations and do this work with each of you.
The movement we have built together is the reason I was chosen to lead this national campaign. I am incredibly grateful and look forward to bringing our Oregon values and way of working in deep partnership to this national network.

El dejar a Family Forward y The Mother PAC es agridulce, ya que he estado con estas organizaciones por catorce años y juntos hemos construido mucho poder político con las madres y cuidadoras de Oregon. Cuando ayudé a iniciar estas organizaciones, no tenía idea de cómo crecería el movimiento y el cambio que haríamos. Estoy muy orgullosa del trabajo que hemos realizado organizando a miles de madres y cuidadoras a través del estado para aprobar las leyes que nuestras familias más necesitan.
