The State of Oregon will be offering “Phase 2” Emergency Child Care Grants to all Licensed Providers and Family, Friend Neighbor providers that receive payments from the Department of Human Services. Every applicant who qualifies will receive a grant! Applicants who were approved for a grant award under “Phase 1” are not eligible to receive a grant award for the same location in “Phase 2”.
